Generally, industries which have highly seasonal needs or temporary heavy work loads are among those who seek foreign labor. These industries include: Hotel/Resort Industry, Restaurant Industry, Amusement Park Industry, Construction/Landscaping Industries, Seafood Processing Industry, and many other Seasonal Industries. We have a strong annual need for experienced/trained hotel workers (mainly Housekeepers and Cooks), and in particular those who may have traveled in the past three fiscal years on H2B visa programs.

To be eligible a participant must:

Be between 18 to 50 years old.
Must have relevant work experience or school training.
Completed at least Secondary Education.
Be proficient in English.
Complete I.R.S.S. internal application including an interview.
Must provide all required documents.
Be willing to work in the service sector of an unskilled job.
Have sufficient funds to pay, health insurance and temporary living expenses
