International Recruiting Staffing Solutions (IRSS), a company in the business of recruiting, screening and placement of qualified English speaking Jamaicans with interest in working overseas.

We formerly operated as International Hospitality Staffing (I.H.S) from 2003 where we were able to place over 600 J1 students for the summer 2009 through 2011. I.H.S as recruiters of foreign nationals for the hospitality and other industries, were able to regularly place over One Thousand (1,000) individuals annually in the USA up to 2008 on H2B programs.

IRSS presently have two (2) offices locally in Jamaica.

IRSS will undertake to make your staffing process as simple as possible. Our focus is on the temporary and seasonal employment needs of Hotels, Large-Scale Resort Properties, Restaurants and other Industries. The main aim is to place highly qualified, diligent and committed individuals with companies whose needs are to fill positions for specific periods of time. We fill these needs by offering three (3) types of work category.

J1 Work and Travel Cultural Exchange Program—May to September
J1 Internship Program—-12 months rotation (preferably Hospitality Graduates specializing in Culinary and Food & Service)
H2B Program— qualified adults with previous work experience in Hospitality or other fields
